Information you provide

When you contact AvalancheXpress, we use the information you provide to respond and help arrange your visit. Inquiry forms ask for your name, email, optional phone and organization, your message, and, for groups or birthdays, an estimated guest count, preferred visit date, and arrangement requests. Submissions are saved in a private WordPress inbox accessible to website administrators. Email notifications may also be sent to the park’s designated recipient when configured. Employment applications also collect position preferences, availability, work experience, education, references, and skills to support recruitment. Please do not include payment-card details, identification numbers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a website form.

Tickets, payments, and waivers

Online ticket purchases, payment details, and booking records are handled through Connect&GO. Waivers use Smartwaiver, with links sent in confirmation emails or receipts. Review the privacy information and terms presented by each service when you book or complete a waiver. Hotel and dining reservations may be handled by separate services.

Website operation

WordPress and the hosting provider process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP addresses and request logs. Signing into WordPress uses cookies. Additional services may have their own privacy practices.

Reviews and external websites

Links may take you to Connect&GO, Google, hotel, dining, or other external services. Information you provide on those sites is handled under their policies. Google reviews are public; avoid sharing private information in a review.

Contact AvalancheXpress to ask about information you have provided or to request assistance with a privacy question. For booking or waiver records, identify the relevant booking so the team can direct your request to the appropriate service.
