Cancellation Policy

All purchases become non-refundable two weeks prior to your reservation date. Cancellations made within that two-week period and up to 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled by contacting our Ticket Office for management approval.

If rescheduling isn’t possible, a digital gift certificate will be issued, allowing you to enjoy AvalancheXpress at another time.

Please note: AvalancheXpress cannot guarantee weather or snow conditions. In the event of a weather-related closure, guests will be notified by email and text and will receive a digital gift certificate to reschedule their visit.
