Cancelation Policy

Purchases cannot be cancelled two weeks out from your date of reservation. Cancellations within that period, up to 72-hours in advance, can be rescheduled only by calling our ticket office with management approval.  Otherwise, a digital gift certificate can be issued to use at your convenience at another time. AvalancheXpress cannot guarantee weather and/or conditions. Any such cancellations will be notified via email, text and customers will receive a digital gift certificate to reschedule for another time.
